Our limited-edition Valentine Palmiers come in a box of five and feature buttery puff pastry rolled in sugar and folded into delicate heart shapes. Each pastry is filled with our house-made raspberry jam, then baked until golden and flaky with beautifully caramelized, crisp layers. The tart raspberry center perfectly balances the rich, buttery pastry for an irresistible Valentine’s treat.

Ingredients:

Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Sugar, Salt, Milk, Granulated Sugar, Raspberry, Egg

Our products are made on site and may come into contact with common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, fish and soy.

Oven: Preheat to 175°C (160°C Fan). Cover pastry loosely with foil and heat for 5 minutes. Remove foil and heat for a final 2 minutes to crisp.

Air Fryer: Reheat at 75°C for 4-5 minutes.

Note: Do not microwave — it will make the pastry soggy and tough.

We bake fresh every week, so your pastries always arrive at their best.

Orders placed Monday - Wednesday before 4pm will be shipped on Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday 4pm will be shipped the following Thursday. Bank Holidays may affect delivery schedules in which case orders may be dispatched earlier than Thursday.
