Shipping Policy

At Puff Central, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Schedule & Dispatch
Orders placed Monday - Wednesday before 4pm will be shipped on Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday 4pm will be shipped the following Thursday via Royal Mail.

The expected delivery date will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked service. Our products are shipped at ambient temperature or frozen and are not packed with dry ice. While Royal Mail typically delivers next-day, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as delivery is subject to Royal Mail's service and may be affected by weather conditions, postal disruptions, peak periods, or bank holidays.

Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility
Many Puff Central products are perishable and require prompt receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt is missed, delayed, or returned to the carrier because no one was available to receive it, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Puff Central is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.

Tracking & Fulfilment
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to Royal Mail. Puff Central is not responsible for loss or theft of parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or shipping partners. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the update.
